Meet Our Team

S Frank Miaw joined Gonzales Taplin PA in January of 2024. Throughout his 18 years as a corporate attorney, Frank has helped CEO’s, CFO’s and venture capital companies negotiate, document and close on a wide assortment of deals, from equity, debt, future equity and token.

Frank’s experience early in his career helping startups to mid-sized companies in their structuring and compliance has given him the knowledge to successfully represent companies of various sizes as they navigate the legal landscape. Frank also represents clients in drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts and counseling them on general corporate matters.

Currently, Frank splits his time as general counsel for Draper Dragon, a silicon valley venture capital firm, as well as performing his role as of counsel at Gonzales Taplin PA.

Frank graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a bachelor’s degree and received his JD from Texas Tech University.
