Rachel Gonzales
Director of HR and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner
A graduate of The University of Texas, Rachel Gonzales is an HR professional with experience spanning throughout the Big Tech world, including Dell, Facebook and Google.
Rachel joined Gonzales Taplin upon its opening in April 2023, and serves as Director of Human Resources. Rachel has developed and honed experience ranging from HR Compliance, Onboarding, Recruiting, Payroll and Compensation, Benefits, and L&D as well as knowledge in HRIS systems.
In addition to overseeing the HR department, Rachel also serves as the executive assistant to the firm’s Managing Partner, where she. brings her expertise in scheduling, organizing, and coordination with the other partners to provide assistance in a precise and efficient manner.
