Ms. Delany brings over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, having served as a Senior Level Financial Professional, Treasurer, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Financial Officer in both the private and public sectors. Ms. Delany is the Chief Financial Officer for NTG Consultants and several of its affiliates; Gonzales Taplin as well several not-for-profit entities. Prior to her current work, Ms. Delany was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for a large municipality in Florida, where she oversaw a $155MM General Fund budget and $600MM overall budget with a staff of 45. Ms. Delany served on several committees including VEBA, OPEB and the City Pension Board, as well as the CRA. Ms. Delany also served as Director of Treasury and Senior Portfolio Manager for a $2B Community Bank in Florida, as well as Senior Level positions at several money center banks throughout her career.
Ms. Delany is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, and did her post-graduate work at New York University, where she attained a Master of Science in Finance.
